A proposed Employment Agency continues to be a long-term aspiration for the directors of Case-uk Limited. Due to the complexities of employment law and the challenge between meaningful social impact needs additional detailed work to be undertaken and infrastructures established. It is envisaged that this priority could take up to 2 years before Case-uk are happy with a full business case to move to an operational stage. Case-uk continues to identify suitable partners who have the drive and social impact commitment to progress this development.
Case-uk Limited continues to develop and deliver effective services that have a positive impact on the organisations supported while also having a positive impact on the personal, social and long term economic status of the community and employees. To provide a focus for this development, the Case-uk Directors have adopted the following working title;

- Enable organisations to develop and implement people focused strategies through effective planning and leadership which will create an environment that recognises the value of its employees for the company’s long term sustainability
- Raise the aspiration of individuals in developing their personal strength, knowledge and skills within a work environment that secures long term employment
