Able Futures is a workplace mental health support service delivered by Case-UK across Wales And South West England and funded by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) to aid the employed with their mental health.
What Can I Expect During My Support?
Our team of fully qualified Vocational Rehabilitation Consultants (VRCs) can help you to better manage your mental health.
One approach doesn't fit all, that is why we provide our participants with customised coping techniques and strategies helping them to better manage situations, all whilst in a safe and judgement-free environment.
Don't Worry, It's All Confidential.
Your support with Able Futures is kept confidential from anyone including your employer, even if it's them who referred you.

Case-UK is also ISO27001 compliant so your information is safe.
Our Service Offers You..
A Tailored Support Plan
After your referral has been approved, one of our VRCs will be in touch to create a 6 to 9-month tailored support plan.
One To One Support
During your time on the Able Futures programme your assigned VRC will maintain regular contact via phone call to see how you are coping, all whilst offering guidance and support.

Your Wellbeing In Focus
As you continue through your support journey with us, your VRC will review your wellbeing progress to ensure you are in a good place compared to your mental health pre-support.

Eligibility Information
This Service Is Available To Those Who;

Are Aged 16 or Over
Are In Employment or on an Apprenticeship
Are Living In Wales or South West England
​
This service is for those struggling with their mental health whilst in employment or on an apprenticeship and wish to seek mental health support.
